Personality
Thrin is a somewhat quiet person who prefers to sit back a little and take in what happens. He listens and watches before he'll speak and when he does he has given thought to what he says. Despite being a bit on the quiet side, Thrin is not a recluse. When he speaks, he speaks easily and connects with others well. Making friends is something that comes natural to him, helped along by his contagious smile and pleasing laughter. He loves engineering and all kinds of technical matters and when you get him talking about it, you won't be rid of him for a good while. Fortunately for Thrin, he has learned to curb his engineering enthusiasm towards others a bit.
Outside of engineering, Thrin has a broad range of interests and is always ready to hear about or try new things even if they don't sound like something he'd enjoy. To Thrin, experiencing many different things is an integral part of life. His favourite activities include playing velocity, sword fighting (not to be confused with fencing), running, horse back riding, swimming and playing kal-toh. More calm pastimes Thrin enjoys are reading and programming holonovels.
Family History
Thrin was born into a high class family living in the medium sized town of Alasev. The town was fairly quiet as it was only a relatively short distance from the capital city and most people worked there.
Thrin, and his three year younger shi, attended school in Alasev as opposed to in the capital like most of the other higher class kids. Because of this, Thrin did not see much of his future bond mates until he entered secondary school. There he was in the same year as his sh'za Ella while Ghar and Ava were a year above and below them. After graduation all four went on to continue their studies at different locations. As soon as Ava, the youngest of them, had graduated, however, the four were married. Thrin was 19 at the time and although he thought the four of them to be a bit young, he deeply loved all three of his mates. They did decide to hold off on having children just a few years to enable them to continue their education some more first.
Shelthreth took place when Thrin was 21 and was successful resulting in the birth of a lovely shei two years ago. Being away from his family is hard on Thrin but he speaks with all of them almost daily.
