The New Era | To: Cmdr. Lodo Ashe, CO USS Equilism From: Fleet Admiral Jerry Taylor Greetings Commander Ashe, Welcome to your first command, and congratulations on the promotion. A new era has begun for Starfleet: the exploration of the Delta Quadrant. You know the USS Voyager returned from the Delta Quadrant recently. They've collected a great deal of information, but we know they also destroyed the transwarp network and the Unicomplex together with the Borg queen. Your first mission is to explore the vicinity of the position where the Kemaris Station will be situated. I'll join you in this first survey until the station is completed. Because the planets are uncharted, there will also be the opportunity to send research teams to survey those planets. We don't expect any problems, but keep an eye out regardless. Good luck on your first mission Commander! Fleet Admiral Jerry Taylor |
Come out, come out, wherever you are |
To: Cmdr. Lodo Ashe, CO USS Equilism From: Fleet Admiral Jerry Taylor Greetings Commander Ashe, Your first mission was a succes. You rescued the survivors of the long lost USS Caliban. Starfleet has dispatched a few ships to recover the remains of the Caliban. We'll also take care of the survivors. One of our explorer vessels discovered a nebula 4 light years from the station, which could give us more understanding of the fabrics of space. I want you to go there and explore the nebula. Gather as much information and samples as possible. This also will be a mission for your crew to get to know the Equilism. Report any unusual information to me. I'll be at Kemaris Station. Fleet Admiral Jerry Taylor |
Full Report | To: Cmdr. Lodo Ashe, CO USS Equilism From: Fleet Admiral Jerry Taylor Greetings Commander Ashe, I'm not very pleased on how you got the Equilism back to Kemaris Station. I expect you and your senior staff to report to the Conference Lounge at Kemaris Station for a full report at 1400 hours. Station's personnel will work on the repairs of the Equilism. Fleet Admiral Jerry Taylor |
The Ending | To: Cmdr. Lodo Ashe, CO USS Equilism CC: Lt. Benjamin Caden, XO USS Equilism Greetings Commander Ashe, Congratulations with your promotion! The Equilism has been repaired by Starfleet Engineering Corps and is now ready for departure. Because of the delicacy of the mission I'd like you and your Executive Officer to report to my office for further information. Fleet Admiral Jerry Taylor |
Loose Change | To: Captain Lodo Ashe, CO USS Equilism From: Fleet Admiral Jerry Taylor Greetings Captain Ashe, Captain, there is some unfinished business in the wake of your last mission. We have discovered that an unidentified starship has apparently been observing the actions of our reconstruction teams. The lead vessel in that effort, USS Loyola detected the unidentified ship three days ago but has been unable to make contact. Loyola is an older, Ambassador -class vessel and is not outfitted to pursue and engage a vessel of unknown strength and intent. Rendezvous with the Loyola outside of the system and debrief her CO, Captain Aziz. Using that information, investigate the origin of this ship and try to open diplomatic channels.
