Family History
Chloe Frazer comes from a Federation colony near the Klingon border, Donatu V. During her childhood she was an outgoing, sociable and active young girl, with two younger brothers. One of her main hobbies was fixing things after she discovered her fathers toolbox, and eventually decided she wanted to be a Starfleet Engineer. She lived in a small mining town some miles from the main colony, and never realised that eveil eyes watched the undefended mine.
At the age of 19, she became pregnant by a male unknown to the records, and kept her child. Charlie Frazer was born 9 months later. While Chloe was overjoyed by the birht of her son, she regarded it as the end of her ambition to become a Starfleet engineer, as had no desire to take a child into that enviroment.
On a routine shuttle trip to the main colony to sell the month's ore, another shuttle, piloted by Klingon pirates intercepted them and forced them down with fire. When the shuttle landed, the Klingons took the ore, before slaughtering the Frazer family. Chloe, however, survived her wounds and lived. She has recovered to a near perfect state phisically (with the exception of a light vertical scar over her right eye, which she refuses to heal as it reminds her of her family), but was diagnosed with several metal problems such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Over the next two years, Chloe seemed to recover, but the freindly, bubbly girl was gone, and was replaced with a cold, vengeful loner, with a deep hatred for the Klingon race.
With no family left, she resolved to join Starfleet, a venture she had previously given up on, in the hope that there would eventually be a war, or at least a confrontation with the Klingons. If this happens, she intends to take her revenge. However, she hides this racism and hatred from her superiors well.
