Naedren Ashe

Naedren Ashe was the previous iteration of the joined, Ashe symbiont, formerly the Chief Medical Officer of USS Sturgeon.

Naedren Ashe was serving aboard the Akira class USS Sturgeon when the ship was attacked and heavily damaged during the early days of the Dominion War. While the Ashe symbiont survived, Naedren was mortally wounded and died within a few days.

The symbiont was joined with Lodo Ashe in an emergency procedure ordered by the Captain of the Sturgeon but not directly authorized by the Trill government.

Prior to serving aboard the Sturgeon, Naedren Ashe also taught at Starfleet Academy, where she instructed a young Benjamin Caden.
